Frequently Asked Questions 

 We know you probably have questions, so we've answered some of the most common to help make things easier for you.  If you don’t see what you’re looking for, or you're still wondering about something,  feel free to reach out, we’re always happy to help and we'd love to hear from you!

1. Do I need to clean up before you come? I'm worried I will be judged by my mess. 

You do not need to clean before we come! It is important for us to see how you live and what accommodations we can make to help make your space easier for you to live in. Rest assured, we never judge- we are only here to help!

2. How involved do I need to be when you are working on my space?

That is completely up to you. We have conducted large projects while some clients are away and other projects while clients choose to stay in the next room. We will need your input at some point however, when removing/donating items during our decluttering process.

3. How do you charge?

We charge by the hour. Our rates are discussed during our consultation and we provide a detailed estimate of our pricing with our proposal.

4. What payment options do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, ACH Bank Transfer, Credit Card and Venmo. Please note that payment via Venmo and Credit Card payments will incur a processing fee.

5. What is the project management fee?

We add a small fee for each project based on its size. This fee includes: planning and designing your space, selecting and purchasing products, returning any unused products, removal of items for donation and delivery to a local charity, and all communication before and after completion of your project.

6. I am on a budget, can you still help me organize my space?

YES! We offer a virtual organizing session for clients out of state or on a budget. This is a $200 one-hour session where we view your space and get a sense of what you are looking for. We will make suggestions for your space and then follow up with an emailed copy of organizational items that would work well in your space. If you decide after to have us do the organizing, we will refund your $200 and put that amount towards your project.
